Final Destination

Our original plan was to meet at a restaurant after the event, but that's not working out as we thought it would. So, I've acquired a different type of location for the "after party". We plan to order pizzas and salads after the hunt is complete, probably eating about 6pm. It should be about $5 per adult, and $2 for kids 5-12. Kids under 5 just have to be cute to eat for free! LOL ;-)

There is no "closing time", so we can hang out, BS, do exchanges, etc. for as long as anyone wants to stay.

There will be some non-alcoholic beverages (pop, water and coffee) there. If you to drink anything unusual or alcoholic, you're more than welcome to bring it with you. (Although, if you're imbibing alcohol, please make sure you have a designated driver!)

Unless your kids are really into the exchanges and that kind of thing, the final destination place will be fairly boring as there will be no other type of entertainment there for them. There is an small enclosed outside area that is available if you'd like to bring toys, balls, etc. Or, you may want to bring some "inside type" entertainment for them to keep occupied.

There will be a shortage of seating, so if you have a couple folding chairs, please bring them.

It's absolutely not necessary, but if anyone would like to make a contribution, we could use:
Ice
cups
plates
plastic forks/knives
napkins

If you would like to bring something, please add a comment to this post. Thanks!

Thanks Lazy Bookworms! That'll be a big help!

Thanks Jackie! Sounds yummy! Unless you decide to make them creepy by baking them with real spiders or something! ;)

Sounds like good eats! I think I will bring some spicy tortilla wraps for an appetizer! See you all there.

We are new to letterboxing, (only collected two stamps so far) and are excited to see an event in our area. Can anyone come? Is it ok if we come and don't eat? We have food allergies and would probably bring our own.

I'm excited to hear your answers!

Artminx,
Nice to "meet" you! Unfortunately, due to the nature of this event, we had an RSVP deadline for this which has passed. Signups for the Crawl itself are currently closed. If you would like to come to the "after party", you're more than welcome. Although, I can't tell you where it is until the day of the event since it's something the participants have to figure out along the way. If you want to email me with your phone number, I can call you on the day of the event....bnlbaligrl@sbcglobal.net

Thanks,
Bali

Sounds great, everyone! I think it's going to be a great event!

on the go, sounds good! I think there will be at most 10 kids ranging from infants - 12. But, I didn't get responses from everyone... so I may be wrong.

I know for sure there are 2 babies, a 2 y.o., a 7, 6 and 11 y.o. I'm guessing on 4 others being kids.
